The Ricoh Group has operations in all prefectures of Japan. In each region, local employees are working to revitalize their localities based on the concept of "my town" and "local love" while cooperating with partners in various fields.
We will create a prosperous future and a prosperous country by providing products and services to working customers while simultaneously cooperating with local governments to support the economic and cultural development of “my town”.
We will achieve this through the development of next-generation human resources.
Underlying our efforts is The Spirit of Three Loves, the Ricoh Group’s founding principles of "Love your neighbor, Love your country, Love your work. "We would like to make Japan a compassionate and generous country. Therefore,
regional prosperity with the active participation of local people is indispensable.
